| Divorced, ￡30,000 down after building a luxury pigeon loft, and with 600 birds to look after, Clive releases his cherished racing pigeons in the first race of the season. Will the birds reciprocate Clive's dedication and love and fly home, or will they abandon him, taking to the skies and flying away to freedom?
This lighthearted ten-minute observational documentary gives an introduction to the closed world of pigeon racing, taking a sneak peak into the pouting and preening of a pigeon loft. Home Birds is both the story of a homing race and the story of the bond between loveable pigeon fancier Clive and his birds. |
